Prehistoric eating

It's called the caveman diet because coming across a nice cheeseburger was few and far between. They lived on fruits, veggies, and nuts; and so shall I.

The past few days I have been a vegan, eating nothing besides fruit and vegetables, well mostly fruit. I find it difficult to eat vegetables without some sort of dip. Fruit on the other hand has been easy enough to pursue, actually... too easy. Without a serving of veggies in between my fruit breakfast, fruit lunch, and fruit dinner, I was becoming repulsed by the taste and smell of fruit. So I have ended my 3-day vegan diet and am moving on to vegetarianism. What I have learned? I need to eat more vegetables, and despite what I had previously thought, olives are indeed fruits.

I have always proudly loved broccoli in any form steamed, raw, casseroled. I love the feeling of being a Brachiosaurus dinosaur, eating the vegetation below me.
Even after 3 days I feel healthier. My skin is soft, I'm never hungry, and I feel leaner. It could all be in my mind, but I sure do like where my mind is at!
